Indiana's Governor Eric Holcomb signed Executive Order 20-08 into law on March 23, 2020. this order requires all Hoosiers to stay home unless they are doing a permitted activity or work for an essential business until April 7, 2020.

If you are wondering exactly what is in the order, want to know if your business qualifies as an essential business (look at section 14 on page 5), or just are curious as to what an executive order looks like, click on the link below.

In short, essential businesses in Indiana (it differs from state to state) include: critical infrastructure; groceries or medicine; food, beverage or agriculture; charitable and social services; religious entities; media; gas stations and other transportation related businesses, financial and insurance businesses, hardware stores, many trade businesses, mail, post and shipping businesses, educational institutions, laundry services, restaurants (take-out and delivery), business supply stores, transportation businesses, home-based care and services, residential facilities and shelters, professional services (attorneys, accountants, etc.), supply chain businesses, labor unions, hotels and finally funeral services.

If are not sure if you qualify, read the order or contact us. Bicycle repair shops and boat repair shops are included so your business may be included too.
